Fruit & Veggie Wash

If you’re not quite comfortable with a quick splash under the faucet for your fruits & veggies – here’s a simple, inexpensive wash to allay your worries. Why buy such an easy, healthful solution to make? Simply place produce in a colander in the sink, spray thoroughly, and rinse. Store spray in fridge between uses.

Fruit & Veggie Wash

½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

½ cup Distilled water

½ cup Lemon juice

1 Tablespoon 3% Hydrogen Peroxide (optional)*

* Hydrogen Peroxide gives an added antibacterial/antifungal boost
